The respect for the familiar and territorial traditions not detract attention of the Paolo Forti’s company from the changes and evolutions of customers increasingly demanding and attentive to the ethical and healthy nutrition aspects. This is the starting point for the creation of a new line of products, without milk and eggs, that contain only vegetable raw materials as the whole meal flour, Sicilian durum wheat semolina, the raw cane sugar, in which the only fatty matter is exclusively the extra virgin olive oil.
